Enjoy all the amenities Black Butte has to offer in this very special home.
Offered for the first time ever to Black Butte Ranch guests, this spacious house has 5 large bedrooms, and 3.5 bathrooms, with room for large family gatherings, or multiple families staying together.
Situated right next to the 7th fairway of the Big Meadow Course, this home has tons of outdoor space and a large back deck for lounging, eating meals, and enjoying the view.
As you walk through the front door into the main living room and dining room, you are instantly greeted by a wonderful view of pine trees and the golf course, to your right is the Primary Bedroom and bathroom, with a tiled shower and soaking tub.
To your left is the Kitchen, dining area, a spacious office, for those working remote, and the rest of the bedrooms.
Two of the bedrooms provide queen beds, one bedroom has a queen and a full, and finally the last bedroom has a queen bed and two twins.
You will find a bonus room on the second floor, a great space for kids, and next to the three car garage is plenty of storage for extra bags, ski gear, golf gear, etc.

Summary: Yearly family reunion. The house was plenty big enough for 9 of us. Good beds but the interior is getting tired and outdated. Countertops were extra high, the step into master shower had several tiles loose and sink didn't drain well. Needs new and better deck furniture. Same with the living room. Great location and the Black Butte amenities were wonderful.
