Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. Summary: This was the perfect anniversary trip. The unit had everything we needed. It was very clean and we could tell everything has been updated. Being on the beach front and the free beach setup were great perks. All of the furniture is comfortable especially the balcony furniture. We are lunch there a few times. We definitely recommend Beach House 404c for anyone looking for the perfect getaway. By the way, the Holiday Isle staff were very helpful and very responsive. Thanks to them for making our stay even better.
