Positive: Ismail was a fantastic host - so welcoming and friendly and nothing was too much trouble for him. He was attentive and to all my needs during my stay. The property was in an absolutely fantastic location with restaurants, bars, shopping and coffee shops all nearby. A three minute walk to Shishane Metro station in Beyoğlu. Istiklal Caddesi was just a 2 minute walk from the hotel. Hotel was clean and well organised and Ismail was available 24/7 for any help or assistance. On hot summer days the room was an oasis from the heat with green trees and a balcony. Air conditioning was nice and cold.
Negative: Absolutely nothing negative to say.
