Summary: Looking for a place where my 22 year old son could stay while completing an internship in L.A. The property fit the bill. It was clean, quiet and private. Had all the amenities that we required. The owner (Michael) was amiable and helpful. The neighborhood is in a great location, and seems safely walkable.
