Located approx 2 miles from Rodeo Drive, The Grove, The Farmer's Market, CBS Studio, and Museum Row (including LACMA) - and a short Uber to Downtown, WeHo, Hollywood, and the beach, this unit is the prime location for all things LA. Better and more affordable than the area's top hotels, this spacious 1BR condo is professionally designed with top-of the line furnishings and views that will take your breath away.
The unit is right at the crossroads of Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, and Miracle Mile, which is close to everything, but not in a noisy section of the city. There are still many bars and restaurants within walking distance - from Irish dives to upscale rooftop bars - as well as fast casual food chains and a liquor/convenience store across the street. The ground floor of the building is home to three amazing restaurants. I am happy to make recommendations at your request.
Floor-to-ceiling windows in both the living/dining room and the bedroom, with views of the Hollywood Hills (including the Hollywood sign and Griffith Observatory). The rooftop lounge, pool, hot tub, and fire pits have 360-degree views of the city - there's nothing comparable in LA.
