This uniquely located property, with 180 degree water views overlooking Lake Hume, is set on five acres and sleeps up to eight people. Located only 15 minutes from the Albury airport and 20 minutes from Albury's CBD, Bethanga Beauty is available for short and long terms stays up to 6 months. It is the perfect place for families to catch up or a lovely private getaway.
It features:
Brand new fully equipped state of the art kitchen and butler's pantry, perfect for entertaining and includes Nespresso coffee machine
Large lounge room with view over the lake, wood fireplace
Second theatre room with 75 inch tv/office with built desk
Reverse cycle heating / cooling
Evaporative cooling
4 bedrooms
Breakdown of these are:
1 master room with king bed, ensuite with shower, spa bath with a view and toilet
2 queen bedrooms with built ins
1 x 2 single beds with built ins
Separate shower and bath
Toilet/powder room
Laundry with washer and dryer
There is an indoor fireplace and all firewood is provided but we ask guests to bring matches / firelighters etc with them please.
Bethanga Beauty is situated 10 minutes away from the Bethanga General Store for great coffee, breakfast and lunch or 10 minutes from the Hume Weir Resort / Boat Shed Restaurant.
Please note the property is pet friendly but THE YARD IS NOT SECURE- five acres to roam around but if you have a curious dog they may get down to the road so keep an eye on them.
