Summary: Few weeks prior to our trip we booked a room with teo queen beds, and upon arrival were given a room with just one king bed. We approached the front desk and was offered a refund to go book somewhere else or a partial refund. Since we didn’t have anywhere else to go we decided to stay and try to use the pull out bed in the couch. The first room had multiple brown stains on the sheets and crumbs. We asked for new sheets, but they moved us to another room next door that had more crumbs and spiders crawling inside the sheets. Won’t be coming back.
