Summary: I prepaid for my stay on hotels.com. When I arrived they took my charge and charged it $224 and $100 listed as manual entry on my bank app. They also charged $100 deposit that was a tap to pay charge. When I asked the front desk about the additional charges they said they didn’t see those on there end. My bank canceled my card and sent me a new one. The $224 and 1 of the 2 $100 deposit charges have been returned to me but it has been 11 days and I still haven’t received the other $100 deposit charge. I was not given or emailed a receipt after I checked out either. The hotel is clean and the pool area is great but all of the charges to my account with little help from the staff has and continues to be frustrating.
