Positive: Staff went out of their way to help us deal with the steep staircase which was too steep for my husband to use the upper floor rooms
Negative: Accommodations are great - my only complaint is the steep staircase made it impossible for my husband to use an upper floor room. Next time I will certainly add my need for a main floor room in future. We had to move one of our reservation to the other Best Western which had a main floor room - although not anything like your rooms of coursse.
