Positive: The staff I interacted with during the stay was helpful and polite. The room was clean and comfortable.
Negative: I left an item behind in the room. When I called about it I was informed it would not be sent to me. Not even at my own expense. The man who answered the phone even suggested that I could drive 8 hours to come back and retrieve it. When I explained that I don't make trips to that area with any regularity or frequency, I was basically told I was not getting my item back. It felt like I was being stolen from. The pool area was a mess due to some other guests having set up a table full of foods/snacks for their kids. The kids, being kids, paid no attention to the foods they dropped on the wet pool deck.
