3 Bedroom Condo in Myrtle Beach

This fourth floor condo offers a long beautiful ocean view that is very special because it overlooks the junction of Singleton Swash and the Atlantic. At high tide, watch the power of the ocean fill up the swash. During a full moon this can be a wild scene. At low tide, watch the swash drain into the ocean like a gentle small stream. Flocks of birds settle in to do some easy feeding. Children and grown ups wade through the low water and all over the now exposed sand bars. The very big tidal flat is a safe place for even toddlers to play in the sand and marvel at the huge flocks of sea gulls.
Inside the condo, a newly remodeled kitchen can handle the food handling chores. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and its own full-size bath with tub and shower. A 31 inch TV offers a private spot to watch your favorite cable channels including ESPN and ESPN II. A small bath with shower is in the hallway. The living room has a sleeper sofa, matching chair, and a rocker recliner. Dine at the table for four as you look out over the swash.
The front bedroom has folding doors and a queen size bed. Watch the sunset from the deck as you watch and listen to the ocean. Look directly towards and often down on large birds flying near your deck.
Sands Beach Club offers two outside pools, an indoor pool, and hot tub. Tennis courts and a basketball court are over the covered parking area. There is also a fitness room as well as a large bar and oceanfront restaurant. You can also use the pools and hot tubs at Sands Ocean Club which is 300 yards up the beach and features Ocean Annie's Beach Bar which has live bands twelve hours a day in the summer. Don't worry, you cannot hear the bands or the large crowds from this condo. You will only experience the quiet of the swash and the sound of the ocean and sea gulls.
Enjoy area shopping and restaurants within minitues from this condo. Broadway at the Beach is within 10 minutes. Restaurant Row and Tanger Outlets are also nearby. Please call or email for more information.
