This home is very close to the waves offering panoramic views of the white sand beaches of St. George Island. You will feel like you are actually sitting on the beach while you lounge on your private deck watching the sunrise over this beautiful piece of paradise. This home is located in the St. George Plantation and is a short 5 minute walk to the Plantation Clubhouse where you will have access to the private pool and tennis courts. There are 4 beach chairs available for your use. The upper level of the home is a large open space with vaulted ceilings and incredible ocean views. The kitchen is built for a chef with updated cabinetry and granite countertops. All the kitchenware you need to cook a gourmet meal is at your fingertips. The dining area seats 8 people and there is room at the island for four more people. The living room has all new furniture and will comfortably seat your entire family while you watch the dolphins frolic in the waves. The lower level features three bedrooms, two full size bathrooms, and a laundry area. Two bedrooms are beach front with king beds and sliding doors to the covered deck. The third bedroom has twin bunk beds. Sunday check-in. Weekly rental only. No monthly rental discounts.
