Enjoy beautiful sunsets and drift off to sleep at night to the sound of the surf. This immaculate, 2 bedroom + convertible bed, 2 bath unit (sleeps 6-8) is on the 8th floor and is conveniently located to all that Navarre has to offer. It is a 2 minute walk to a 1450 foot fishing pier, the longest in Florida, and within walking distance of three of our island restaurants. Navarre Beach is located on Santa Rosa Island, a barrier island in the Gulf of Mexico. Navarre Beach is one of the most beautiful beaches along the Florida panhandle and has a quiet relaxing vibe while offering plenty to do. The island is surrounded by the Santa Rosa Sound on one side and the beautiful gulf on the other, so there is something for everyone to enjoy. There is a boat ramp and water recreational vehicles for rent within walking distance.
Immediately to the east of Navarre Beach is the Navarre Beach Marine Park, a former Florida state park. Immediately to its west is a portion of the Gulf Islands National Seashore, and farther west is the community of Pensacola Beach. Navarre is named the "Best Kept Secret" for a reason. There are 20 miles of federally protected beaches to enjoy and 15 miles of bike paths.
The condominium is beautifully decorated with a tropical feel, is fully stocked, and has lots of extras. The master bedroom has a large walk in closet, and there is a walk in laundry room and a small office if you need to get any work done. Summerwind offers 3 pools, 3 hot tubs, grills for barbecuing, and a workout facility.
The unit is protected with a deadbolt lock and has a key-less entry for your convenience. The building is equipped with automatic sprinklers in every building unit.
