5 Bedroom House in Rainier Valley, Seattle
This 5 bedroom 3.5 bathroom home is a great private space on top of a hill with views of Lake Washington! This place is perfect for travelers, friends, families and even for those in the town for business!
It has an open living, dining and kitchen area with a 3 in 1 pool/poker/dining table for game night. All amenities are new and furniture updated. Kitchen has tons of counter space and enough kitchen sets to cook for 12 people. It's also walking distance to gym/pool, bike trail, Safeway, and the beautiful Kubota Gardens. Easily accessible by the metro or freeway, there is tons of parking.
The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, a TV and the master bathroom has a separate jetted tub and huge tile shower. The 2nd bedroom has a king-sized bed. The 3rd bedroom has a queen-sized bed. The 4th and 5th bedrooms have bunk beds with a single and double beds - which makes this place comfortable for up to 12 people! There are also lots of close space.
Enjoy the three balconies with views of the lake and a fully fenced backyard to play cornhole. The house includes free WIFI, laundry, games, shampoo, conditioner & soap, towels & sheets provided, and books available to read during your stay.
Rainier beach is an up and coming neighborhood with great restaurants only a short drive away on Rainier Avenue. Although I would not recommend walking, at night Rainier beach isn't a good place to walk around. The garage itself is not accessible, so there is no covered parking. But within the garage, I have built a pantry to help you store food for the whole group, equipped with a second refrigerator.
