Cute, clean vacation rental home in a pleasant residential neighborhood in the heart of Danville, IL. Recently remodeled, this charming home is a single-level ranch on a full basement. The corner lot provides privacy and ample parking. Bedroom one has a queen bed and the second bedroom, a full-sized bed. This home has been in my family for over 60 years and was built by my father. Fully furnished, this house has a large family room with two futons for additional guests if desired. Large fenced in area on the side of the house can be accessed through the garage and basement areas. Important note regarding child safety: this rental home has a vertical lift to provide guests access to the laundry area on the lower level, therefore may not be suitable for children who require a lot of supervision. Guests can access home through garage area and take the elevator to the main level, so individuals with limited mobility would have just one step up to access the home. Pets: due to owner's allergies to cats, cats are not allowed. House trained, non-destructive dogs are welcomed for an additional fee. Owners are expected to dispose of solid pet waste prior to departure. Rental limits: this rental does not include rental of the one bedroom suite in the finished basement but does allow for access for guests to use the laundry room located on the lower level. Use of the lower level is an additional fee of $40.00 for stays of a week or less. Please inquire about additional charges should you wish to also rent the lower level for stays more than a week in duration. Discounts for recurring or multi-night and monthly stays. Minimum age to rent is 26.
