Entire Chapel Vista home designed by The Design Group to provide views from multiple directions and from every room, to focus on Chapel of the Holy Cross views. A 10-minute walk to the Chapel and to the Mystic, Chapel, Broken Arrow, White Line & Hog Heaven trailheads. Large lot with stunning gardens, hot tub, and private heated pool. Quiet neighborhood. “Dark sky" area allows stargazing at night. Solar power system. High-end bathrooms with Toto washlets/bidets & Victoria Albert sinks/tub.Amazing red rock and direct Chapel views! A large and quiet one-acre property with beautiful manicured gardens surrounding the house with views all around. Hot tub is nestled in the gardens and has beautiful red rock views.

The Chapel Vista neighborhood is in a very quiet location (away from noise and traffic congestion), close enough to uptown for a short drive to the best restaurants and shops but even closer and within walking distance to some of the best trails Sedona has to offer. You’ll have views of the top iconic formations in all of Sedona. You may even encounter local wildlife including the adorable Gambel Quails (and their chicks), foxes, javelinas, etc. *Note* Please be careful and don’t feed the javelinas or any other wildlife in the area.
Close to landmarks and trails by a short drive or a few minutes walk.
Guests will be given access to the main house and the guest suite. The interior door to the guest suite will be unlocked so that you don't have to go outside to access the guest suite.
We have cameras monitoring the parking areas and the front doors.
1. No parties - $1000 fine for breaking the rules.
2. No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes - a $1000 fine for breaking the rule.
3. No pets - $1000 fine for breaking the rule.
4. Please do not set the AC lower than 75. It will freeze and stop working.
5. Hanging party decorations, banners, signs, or any other decor on the wall with tape, tacks, or nails is strictly prohibited. Use of confetti will result in additional cleaning fees.

Summary: We have rented many VRBOs and this one is at the top of the list as one of our favorites. The architecture of the home is amazing, the views are spectacular, the furnishings are beautiful, the rooms are spacious, the bathrooms are updated and gorgeous, the layout of the house is ideal and the kitchen is well stocked. The owner's communication was excellent too. It is a five star plus property. We will definitely return. We also enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub at night.
