The condo is located on the 4th floor of a safe, secure, and modern building built in 2009. There are plenty of outlets in each room and you don't have to worry about leaking pipes or ancient electrical. Elevator in the building, no need to take the stairs. There is also a roof with 360 views that has a BBQ and seating.
Huge master bedroom with walk-in closet. The second bedroom is set up to be an office and comes with a Murphy Wall Bed and Murphy Wall Desk. There are two beautiful balconies.
Living room has a 100 inch projector screen where you can watch Fire TV. You can access Netflix, Amazon Video, Hulu, Disney+, and HBO Max. There is also an arcade with 1,000+ games from the 80s and 90s.
In the bathroom, the "hot tub" is a jetted tub - See photos. There is also a TOTO toilet bidet with many features including a heated seat and self opening top.
The food scene is insane, even just on our block! Everything from Michelin Star restaurants to delicious hole-in-wall places. Our neighborhood has a huge variety of food and things to do.
