Bright, cheerful, one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo, with a magnificent view of the Marco Island's beach. The kitchen is compact but functional for your convenience. Free Wi-Fi is included! The condo features a queen-size bed and a sofa bed that comfortably sleeps four and flat screen TV's in the living room and master bedroom. Dining table seats four. Amenities at the Apollo include a large heated pool, spa, fitness facility, tennis courts, and a great restaurant, the Sunset Grill, to grab a cocktail or some delicious food. A great place to go shelling, beach fishing or dolphins watching! Note: Apollo registration fee $45 and a $75 hold which is returned on check out at the Apollo office when returning the parking tag. No parking tag returned then the $75 is charged. NOTICE: TURTLE NESTING SEASON From May 1 through October 31 each year is Sea Turtle Nesting Season. Renters/Guests agrees to Turn Off balcony lights before 9:00 p.m. and to close the drapes or window treatments of all windows facing the Gulf to minimize the projection of interior lights as any such lights may disorient an adult or newly hatched Sea Turtle. Renters/Guests understands that the Turtles are endangered and protected by Federal Law. Substantial fines can be levied against them by law enforcement for violations of ordinances protecting Turtles. Renter agrees to reimburse Owner for payment of the Fines imposed for violations during Lessee's occupancy and for the reasonable legal defense costs incurred."DISCLAIMER: Amenities and furnishings are subject to change without notice. Summary: Check-in was a breeze. Very friendly staff and a very well-kept property. Now to the condo. The condo was clean and well- maintained. Comfy bed and furniture. Great water pressure in the shower and the condo had working ceiling fans and the AC was nice and cool. We were very comfortable and relaxed the entire stay. The view is absolutely to die for. We saw the most beautiful sunrises/sunsets. Love the beach!! We found such beautiful shells, no need for an overpriced shell tour! Flats, Alphabet cones, Nutmegs, conchs, you name it! We didn’t need to contact the owner because everything was as stated, working, and accessible. This made the trip even better! The pool and hot tub were perfect, and the beach was so close and easy to access making this perfect for my husband who has mobility issues. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your condo! It was a trip with many wonderful memories and relaxation!! The only suggestion I have is to have a guestbook for your guests to write their experiences to share (if they want) and Leave it on the coffee table for others to read and share, so you can have to enjoy also. I have seen this in other condos and thought it was a fun idea. Also, maybe have a couple of cleaning products (Windex and counter cleaner) for guests to use. This isn’t a complaint, I just like to leave it as good as I left it.
