TV in the master bedroom and in the living room, cable, high-speed internet. master bedroom with brand new memory foam queen bed, small waking closet. New kitchen and kitchen appliances with convectional Oven and Microwave, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Cooking Utensils Provided, Linens Provided, Beach Towels provided.
2nd bedroom has a fully converted to queen size sofa bed with memory foam topper. The living area's sofa is converted to the queen bed. Light and clean decor. HDTV flat panel TV/monitor, cable, high-speed internet.
Spacious private garden patio with gazebo; flowers and fruits trees make for great lounging, barbecues, met and fish smoker, Water cooler with Arrowhead water supply and patio heater, entertaining, and just kicking a ball around the large grass area that is enclosed and safe for the kids to play. The large front driveway allows up to 4 cars outside parking for this rental.
Direct walk to Sleepy Hollow Beach, just next one to the Main Laguna beach and walking promenade.
