Why Not? is the perfect house for a family reunion or multiple families staying together on Long Beach Island. Located on Taylor Avenue, this house in the heart of Beach Haven -- 10 houses from the beach in one direction and Bay Village in the other direction with Fantasy Island amusement park and Thundering Surf water park -- so you can park your cars and walk everywhere!
Why Not? can sleep 21 people with 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. But the real enjoyment comes from the pool, hot tub, multiple level outdoor decks and the open living area which includes two cathedral ceiling living rooms, large dining area and gourmet kitchen. Purchased in 2015, the owners have put much effort into renovating and bringing everything up to date.
Why Not? has three bedrooms on the main floor and four bedrooms upstairs. The first floor includes 1 king, 1 queen, 1 full and 1 twin bed. The second floor houses 1 king, 1 queen, 2 full and 2 bunks with 2 trundle beds. There are 3 full bathrooms on the first floor and 3 full baths on the second floor with a large jacuzzi tub in the master suite.
In addition to the pool and hot tub, outdoors you'll find a gas grill, large eating area, outdoor ping pong/pool table, outdoor shower, large shed, several bicycles and beach necessities.

Summary: This was the perfect house for our vacation! 16 of us stayed and there was still extra space for everyone. Beautiful layout of the home with comfortable furniture. Huge patio with pool and hot tub and tons of amenities for entertainment— beach equipment, outdoor and indoor games. We had everything we needed including responsive and caring owners! 2 minute walk to the beach, 3 minute walk to coffee, food, drink and entertainment. There was fun in every direction! Would love to stay again!
