This is a newly renovated two story townhouse located in the Exclusive Bermuda Bay Racquet Club - a Lush 12 acre Secure Gated Community on the edge of Boca Ceiga Bay close To Gulf Of Mexico`s Finest Beaches. A Private Beach In The Club, 2 Heated Pools, Hot Tub, Racquetball & Tennis Courts, Putting Green, Club House, Playground, Shuffle Board and much more.
1st Floor: Large Living Room with 50' flat Screen LED TV, DVD/Blue-ray player; Newly renovated kitchen with dishwasher/ microwave, Separate Dining Room, Screened Patio, Half Bathroom;
2nd Floor: 2 Bedrooms each with private full bathroom, One room with king size bed, the other one with two twin beds; Laundry Room with washer/dryer;
100 Yard Walk To Private Beach With Large Pool and Spa On Boca Ciega Bay. Second Pool and Tennis Courts are also onsite.
You'll Enjoy The Private Bay Beach that is just steps away. Fantastic for Sunning, Viewing Boats, Birds, and the occasional dolphin and manatee by day and beautiful sunsets every evening. There are Tiki tables and beaches for relaxing. There is a pool and Jacuzzi on the beach, as well as a small golf putting green. Another swimming pool and tennis racquetball courts are on the opposite side of the property. The Pools are heated in winter.
Parking is right in front of the unit. It's at a convenient location (8 Minute Drive) to the Gulf Beaches Of St Pete Beach, Pass-a-grille Beach, and Fort De Soto. It's about 15 minutes from downtown activities such as The Dali And Fine Art Museums, Chihuly Glass, Shops, Restaurants, Rays Baseball Games, Friday Night Live Music, Saturday Morning Markets and Gulfport Antique, Art and Cafes. It's only 25 minutes to Busch Gardens, Zoo and 90 minutes to Disney World, Epcot, MGM and Universal Studios.

Summary: We had a good time (one pool was closed our entire month we were there)! Nice size condo but needs updating. Liked having the private beach. Lots to do in surrounding areas so it’s a decent location. Very friendly people who stay there.
