Summary: We stayed in this condo for the month of March 2018. We found the condo clean and in the order we expected. The owners were responsive to our needs and requests. The location is good because we were 15 minutes from St. Pete Beach and 15 minutes to St. Petersburg. I saw where one person said you had to drive everywhere which is true but I think you would anyway. There is so much to see in St. Petersburg that we stayed busy the entire month. I would recommend this unit and owners as a good place to launch from if your interest is St Petersburg or the beach.
