Located in the Bermuda Bay Club, this Key West Style town home sits between the Gulf of Mexico beaches and the Bay.
The master suite includes a king sized bed, en-suite bathroom and private balcony to enjoy the gorgeous gulf breezes. The guest room has a queen sized bed and the other guest room has two sets of twin bunk beds. A full bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway between the guest rooms. Each of the bedrooms have ceiling fans and are located on the third floor. You will love the crisp sheets and fluffy towels provided by our professional linen service.
The main living area includes a fully equipped kitchen with counter top bar seating, a dining room with seating for six and comfortable living room furniture. You will also enjoy the balcony off of the living room complete with patio dining furniture.
All of the comforts of home are yours to experience at our townhome including a washer and dryer, complimentary WIFI and garage parking for two cars.
Bermuda Bay is a beautiful Gulf-to-Bay property that is located directly across the street from the beach, and has a large heated pool and spa and a gas BBQ grill for our guests to share. It's a quick walk across the street to enjoy the beautiful gulf beach or you can stroll down the boardwalk to the bay to try your luck at fishing, take in the scenery and wildlife or just sit and relax to enjoy the inter-coastal waterway views.
The free AMI Trolley stop out front and will take you the length of the island and back. Hop on and off at your leisure and explore the different areas of Anna Maria with shopping and dining all along the route.
Please note that pets are not allowed in this home.
You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property. The townhome sleeps eight people. Maximum adult occupancy is six.
