Positive: The location is beautiful and not too far from Santander. The house is spacious and the bedrooms pleasant. All the beds seemed new and comfortable. Bathrooms were nicely equipped.
Negative: The property was dirty and damp when we arrived. It gave the impression that nobody had been in it for some time. There was mildew on the dining chairs and dust everywhere. The sitting area furniture was old, tired and stained. One of the sofas had a broken leg and had to be propped up with a log. The kitchen looked vintage with cupboard doors hanging at random angles. The microwave had to have its door slammed to work. The dishwasher was so old that the control knob was missing and the settings illegible. The oven we didn't dare to use. Every item of crockery and cutlery was sticky and had to be washed. The outdoor furniture consisted of three old plastic chairs. The BBQ had no shelves. There is no air-conditioning as claimed in the version of details I saw Overall very disappointing.
