Summary: Hot water wasn't sufficient during showers. It was cool to lukewarm even after being advised to let the water run several minutes. Telephone in the room did not work - all preprogrmmed buttons went to a dead tone. In room aircon was too loud and too cold even after setting temp to as high as 29° and 30° at low fan. Certain towels, bath robes and amenities were not replaced daily and had to be requested several times with housekeeping. Room had a strong musty smell upon entering esp when aircon had not been running before. Needed aircon to dissipate the smell.
