Private, self-contained, modern accommodation situated within our large green converted barn, on a secluded 20-hectare rural lifestyle property: • Just 20 minutes from Wellington City, • 10 minutes from the cafes, markets, movie theatre and art galleries of the trendy seaside township of Petone. 10 minutes drive to the Westfield (Queensgate) shopping mall. 2 level accommodation containing: • 3 adjoining upstairs bedrooms (2 queen/1 double) - with native bush views - and a shared, lockable bathroom, • An open plan kitchen/dining area downstairs, complete with separate lounge (flat screen TV), laundry, and bathroom, • A large, separate tiled entrance room, • Ranch sliders leading from the dining area onto a generous fully covered deck, overlooking our tranquil country garden. Trampoline for the children adjacent to the accommodation. A leisurely stroll down the road will lead you to the Belmont Regional Park with its many walking, mountain biking, and horse riding tracks as well as beautiful picnicking spots. Dog enquiries welcome. Ideal for a romantic get away, work assignments, or for those relocating to our beautiful country, Belmont Country Escape offers a memorable taste of rural New Zealand, within minutes of our capital city.
