Positive: Cozy, relaxing, serene, peaceful… just what my soul needed. We appreciated all the thoughtful amenities..kitchen items, extra toiletries, extra bedding & blankets, and the board games were a hit. The kayaks & life vests were incredibly appreciated. It got hot so the fans provider made a huge difference. The outdoor deck was the perfect setting for soaking up the sun. The lake view was spectacular. The swimming was great. Loved all the Lily pads!The Sandy beach area was another bonus! We watered the grass & potted flowers as requested. There were two tiny rabbits near the hydrangeas along the side yard. We loved our stay here.
Negative: Booking.com did not include the check in information. However, the host responded to my communications promptly! No washer or dryer but we went to a laundry mat. Some lights did not work & the home seemed pretty dusty in some areas but definitely not a big deal at all. We ended up not lighting the fire amenity because we did not have propane. There were several sharp bbq sticks that could be dangerous for kids so maybe just move those to a less accessible location.
