Positive: Very spacious, great for big groups! Kitchen is well equipped. Beds were a good size too. Plenty of seating spaces
Negative: Would be great if it had 1 more bathroom. 2 bathrooms for 30 people was a bit hard. Some corners of the house were not clean when we got there
