Summary: We chose the house based on security for dogs. The location and secure backgarden for the dog was great. The house had many facilities, but we ate out at all the great nearby restuarants that were within walking distance. The second reason for choosing Bella Vista was the fire in the lounge but this does not work. We had to phone the agent to find this out when we could not get it lit. The web site lists the fire and shows photos of the fire working. This needs to change on the web site.. The house was warm due to the split system and it was a very cold Easter but I was very disappointed not to have the lounge room fire, There were electric ones in the bedrooms. There was no information book on the property on facilities etc which we also let the agent know about.
