Located half way between Margaret River Town (5 mins drive) and the stunning Redgate Beach. Next to award-wining wineries, Xanadu, Voyager and Leeuwin Estate, Bella Retreat is nestled amongst gardens and 13 acres of beautiful jarrah and red-gum forest and is the ideal getaway.
A rural retreat where guests instantly relax as the hustle and bustle of city life is replaced by the native bird song. If you love the peace and tranquillity of a beautiful forest setting but love also to be centrally located then this is the property for you.
Abundant wildlife (our native kangaroos can be viewed early mornings and sunset), endangered Black Cockatoos, stunning flora and and wildlife can be observed as you stroll through the surrounds.
Guests can really get away from it all here, explore and discover or relax, recharge and reconnect.

We have been lucky enough to host hundreds of families over the past years and very much look forward to welcoming our new guests and those valued guests who return to us each year!
Child friendly, we have a beautiful wooden play area complete with swings/slide an 'assault course', climbing frame and lots to do for the children!
Have a game of Bocce on our court or a game of Giant Jenga on our porch. Reconnect with family by playing cards or a board game.
Toast marshmallows on our Pit Fire and have a glass of fine red watching the flames dance
Seasonal, due to Shire of MR prescribed burn times.
Dogs most welcome on approval from owner. Please note there are no ‘enclosed areas’.

CLEANING:
Due to the limited time available to service the home, we request that guests ensure the home is left clean and tidy. Additional charges will be made against the bond should the home require more than a basic clean.
The BBQ must be cleaned by guests prior to departure.
WOOD is provided free for guests. It has become very expensive!
We respectfully ask that guests to not use our supply for the outdoor fire in the childrens playground (only to be used from May to October). You can source plenty of wood from the forest. Money will be deducted from you bond if you are seen to have not abided by this rule.
CANCELLATION POLICY : For cancellation or postponement we require at least 30 days notice in order to refund your payment. An administration fee of $50 per booking applies to any approved refund. If less notice than this is provided, we are unable to return your deposit and the $50 booking fee still applies. If less than 7 days notice is given, you will lose 50% of your total tariff.
Over our Peak Periods, no refund is given if less than 7 days notice is given unless we are able to secure another booking for the same dates.

Summary: Our group of eight adults had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful property, and words hardly do it justice. From the moment we stepped inside, the house embraced us with warmth and charm. It's hard to find the right words to describe the beauty of this place, but "amazing" and "magical" come close. The house is spacious and incredibly comfortable, with beds that are beyond cozy, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The bathroom was luxurious, and the outdoors were simply stunning – a serene garden that felt like something out of a dream.All the information we received beforehand was spot-on, and the kitchen was equipped with everything we could possibly need, even for a large family. The thoughtful touch of a coffee machine with pods was a beautiful welcome. The house is tucked away in a peaceful, bushy area, just a couple of kilometers from Margs, which made for a quiet, tranquil escape. My friends were in awe of the property, especially the garden, which was a magical space to relax and unwind.We also loved the BBQ area – it was spotless and fully functional, perfect for preparing meals together. And the kangaroos that we spotted in the clearing just down the path were a delightful surprise. It was truly an unforgettable experience.The only suggestion I would have is that the property could benefit from an additional tiny house to accommodate couples who might want to stay separately. That said, this house is simply beautiful, and I would like to come back.
