This fantastic villa is located just a 5-minute drive from Moraira, one of the most beautiful Mediterranean towns famous for its spectacular sandy beaches and small cliffside coves. It is situated in a very quiet urbanization on the outskirts of Moraira with restaurants, shops, and a supermarket within a 5-minute walk. The Solpark tennis club with a gym and fitness center is 600 meters away. Within a few minutes' drive, you can visit other beautiful Spanish Mediterranean towns such as Javea, Altea, and Calpe.
The interior of Bella Moraira is especially spacious as it features a large living room, a modern kitchen with a big table, and a separate dining room from the living room. And if you like to dine outside, you can choose between the glassed-in terrace next to the pool or the pleasant garden at the back of the house. Outside, you will also enjoy a chill-out area and comfortable sun loungers to relax in the sun after leaving the pool.
