This lovely townhome boasts three stories across a total of 2,088 square feet. The first floor features a spacious open floor plan with a cozy living area and a kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Climb the stairs to the second floor to find the king master bedroom with its own balcony and ensuite bathroom containing a double vanity, large walk-in shower, and a jetted tub. There is also another king bedroom on this level. On the third floor, you will find the remaining sleeping arrangements including a bedroom with a twin bunkbed, trundle and a partial view of the Gulf. The other bedroom upstairs has a twin bunkbed and a sleeper sofa. This bedroom also has a private balcony. This home sleeps 13 guests comfortably and also has a private fenced-in patio. Take a stroll to the community pool only a few steps or take a short walk to the beach, whatever you decide to do Bella Costa 140 will show you why this townhome is a family favorite year after year.

Located on the quiet west end of Panama City Beach, the community is conveniently located and only 300 yards to the nearest beach access. You are only 4 miles to Rosemary Beach to your west, and 7 miles to Pier Park to your east. The many shops of Carillon Beach, Publix, and Winn-Dixie are also less than 2 miles away making this community ideal for a well-stocked beach trip.
Parking is available for only 2 cars. However there are a few public parking lots located around PCB.
