"Point Break" offers a substantial backyard and north facing deck complete with private BBQ and outdoor entertaining facilities where you can enjoy evening cocktails and appreciate the birdsong and native flora while watching the kids play. "Point Break" consists of 4 bedrooms, comfortably sleeping 8 people. There are 2 living areas, a spacious bathroom and 2 ensuites. Get cosy by the fireplace or enjoy the air conditioning in the warmer months while you relax in this exquisite property. Your home away from home is a single-story holiday home situated in one of the most picturesque streets in Bawley which is only a short stroll from the local shops.

Bawley Point is situated 2.5 hours from Canberra and 3.5 hours from Sydney. The property provides plenty of off-street parking with room to for a boat should you wish to enjoy fishing in the crystal clear Bawley waters.
The house is located a mere 15 mins walk from the beautiful Gannet and Murramarang Beaches and Gannet Beach and these as well as another 8 local beaches are only a few minutes’ drive away.
Bawley Vale winery is worth a cellar door visit and the world class restaurants of Milton and Mollymook are only 25 mins drive away. Drive just 30 minutes west to enjoy the Clyde River Berry Farm, where in December and January you can pick your own berries and browse delicious jams and local bush honey.
