Positive: Everything. What a beautiful home. The pool area/back patio was perfect for the 6 of us.
Negative: No cold water. Strange that even the cold water comes out warm. Maybe it because it's Arizona and it was over 100 degrees out, but I thought it strange. I really wanted a cool shower and it wasn't possible. Went end of May
