Positive: The property was clean and beautifully decorated.
Negative: We book this and thought it came with the golf cart but didn’t. It was $75 a day and that was not mentioned anywhere. I called before we left about parking because it said no more than 2 vehicles (? In a house that can accommodate 14 people) and was told we could park across the street (costing extra). When we got there we were told we can park at an RV park that was 11 minutes away for an extra fee (yeah real convenient). There was no parking across the street. The bunk beds are in a hallway (nice no privacy) and one of them the slats underneath were coming off. The dryer took forever to dry clothes and the door was broke and the lint trap didn’t come out all the way. There was broken glass in the yard and cigarette butts. It’s about a 5 minute walk to the beach and you can’t take a tent. The beaches were beautiful but a lot of sea weed. Some didn’t have any sea weed but be prepared to drive and find parking (it takes a while to find parking). This property is an HOV so a lot of rules (like the parking) which is fine but I’m on vacation. We had to take the garbage out Monday and Thursday and had to pay attention to the time. I don’t want to worry about things like that when I’m on vacation.
