Inside the beach house, you'll find all the essential amenities you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The kitchen is equipped with all the modern cooking essentials, including a Ninja Toaster/Oven, a Keurig K-Duo Coffee Maker, along with complimentary coffee to start your day. The beach house also comes with a range of fun accessories either for the beach or if you choose to stay in, including a beach wagon, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, cornhole, a ping pong table, a rugged Bluetooth portable speaker, 4 (four) adult-size bicycles, and more for your enjoyment. There is a handheld shower on the side of the house for rinsing after an enjoyable day at the beach.
The beach house has been recently renovated for your comfort, including all-new memory foam mattresses and an 80-gallon commercial water heater for an ample supply of hot water. Fast Wi-Fi internet is also available throughout the home, ensuring that you stay connected and entertained during your stay. The house also has a Wi-Fi-enabled printer/scanner in case you have to work while you are on vacation.
Upon entering, you'll be greeted by an open-plan living area with a modern kitchen, bar stools, beautiful and comfortable leather seating in the living room, with a 65-inch smart TV. There is a large half-bath on the first level. French doors lead to the back patio, where you can relax and dine while enjoying the ocean breeze. The patio is equipped with a gas grill, comfortable seating, and a table for outdoor dining.
On the second level, you'll find the main bedroom, complete with a modern king bed, a 13” memory foam mattress, and a 55-inch smart TV. The main bathroom features a soaking tub, a walk-in shower with dual heads, and a partially covered patio where you can relax and unwind. There's also a second main bedroom with a modern queen bed with a memory foam mattress, a smart TV, and a private bath.
The third level of this comfortable beach house has a third bedroom with a full-over-full bunk bed and a twin trundle, as well as a smart TV. The fourth bedroom features a modern queen bed with a memory foam mattress, a smart TV, and a patio with breathtaking gulf views. The third level shares a full bathroom with a shower.
Parking: This unit comes with 3 assigned parking spots in front of the unit. Carport, Garage, Driveway. There is also Public Parking Nearby that is a 2 minute walk to our unit if you have extra cars.
