This is the perfect holiday home destination especially for those seeking to relax in complete comfort and style in a waterfront property. This home has breathtaking views over the Murray Mouth, towards Sugars Beach, the sand dunes of Goolwa Beach and Coorong National Park!
The Space:
Whilst you can sit back and enjoy these beautiful views you can also enjoy swimming, fishing, boating and much more! A bonus about this home is you have your own private jetty as well.
The property has the following layout:
Enter through the rear of the property where you have plenty of parking spaces inside of this secured yard. There is also plenty of space to keep a boat.
Walk up the stairs onto the large rear deck where you will find outdoor table and chairs and a BBQ.
Large open plan living, dining and kitchen area.
This area is light and bright and let’s not forget to mention about the breathtaking views.
Living area has plenty of seating areas, large TV, wood fire (please note the owners supply a starter kit from the start of May until the end of September – please bring along your own fire wood if you wish to use this) and a split system heating and cooling.
Open up the windows and enjoy the breeze this is what holidays are all about!
Glass sliding doors leading outside onto the decked entertaining area. What a perfect space to sit back and relax – don’t forget to pack the wine!
Kitchen has electric cooking, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and much more!
Dining room table and chairs to seat 6 people.
Master Bedroom is located on the water side of the property you will love waking up to this beautiful view.
Queen size bed, built in robes and a ceiling fan.

- Beautiful place. Perfect for our family (traveling with grandparents and kids) lots of room to come together as a family of 6, but also lots of space for everyone to have some "alone" time. Lots of fun playing in the water, beautiful sunsets, and well equipped home with everything we needed.

Summary: We stayed for family getaway and I could not fault this Holiday house , the location was exceptional the view was amazing , just to sit and watch the wildlife was great and to have your own Jetty was the cherry on the Cake , I highly recommend a stay here and will be back again
