Summary: TLDR; unhelpful manager, late and unreliable check-in time with no compensation, and no airport transfer. We decided to book here due to the proximity to the airport and because it advertised a free one way airport transfer. The check-in time was 2pm. We arrived at 3:30pm and were told that the room wasn't available yet. We waited until 4:10 in the small lobby until the room was ready. During that time, I asked about the airport transfer and they said it was only available before 10:15am. This didn't work for us because our flight was later. There was no discount or apology offered for the late access to the room or the extremely limited options for the airport transfer. In my interaction with the manager I suggested that if the airport transfer is extremely limited in terms of timing, that should be advertised on their listing and she just completely ignored me.
