It has been modernised with a Scandinavian feel and has double glazing to keep things cozy, complementing the property’s rustic charm.
The Space:
The open plan living area features a day bed, comfy sofas, large dining table, a great wood burner. Firewood is supplied and the bedrooms have oil cylinder heaters if needed in those winter months.
This 4 bedroom house can comfortably accommodate 3 couples. One bedroom has a king size bed (can be split into 2 singles), two further bedrooms have generous queen beds and the other bedroom has a set of bunks. The property also has 2 bathrooms and 2 separate toilets.
The modern kitchen has a breakfast bar, a good range and is fully equipped with ample utensils and tableware that will please any cook .
Amenities include a flat screen TV, Freeview and Blue Ray/DVD player, as well as unlimited high speed internet access to connect all your devices.
This is self-catering accommodation however for your convenience, we will get you started with a few rolls of toilet paper, hand soap, dishwashing liquid and dishwasher tabs along with a couple of tea towels, dishcloth, 2 compostable bin liners and laundry powder. We are plastic bag free and use only eco-friendly cleaning products. Sheets and towels are provided. Bring your own beach towels.

Wanaka Holiday Homes office hours are Monday to Friday: 8am to 5pm and Saturday: 9am to 2pm. We are available after hours for urgent matters. You will be provided with arrival instructions one week prior to arrival. This is self catering holiday home accommodation. We provide sheets and towels but you will need to bring you own personal supplies.
