*‍**Construction Update: We do want to let you know construction is advancing and occurring between the home and the ocean, as well as the surrounding area. We do not have any control over day to day construction and how it advances in front of the home. Our rates were discounted at the beginning of the year due to the construction taking place of the 3 homes (full lot each) in our community on the first row. Regarding the view, you will always have a gulf view directly in front of the unit and to the east overlooking Camp Helen State Park because there is nothing being built directly in front of this unit. We don’t know exactly what the noise will be like during your stay as the work is not consistent. That would be a risk that would be assumed by any of our guests staying on the property during the period of construction. This is a vibrant, growing community with new construction of multi-million dollar homes surrounding our unit. We are happy to speak with you by phone to answer any questions regarding construction in the area prior to booking.

As you walk through the space, the kitchen opens up to a half Bath, living area, and balcony. You’ll enjoy the chill outdoor dining alfresco for 6 with stunning ocean views of the pristine shores of 30A. With an open-concept kitchen, living, and balcony space you’ll love to entertain and relax in this space - a perfect way to end a long beachy day. Finally, the living area offers seating for 5.
Second Floor of Our Home
The master bedroom offers a very private balcony with 2 lounge chairs ideal for sunbathing while basking in the ocean views. Just down the hall is the second master bedroom suite. Both bedrooms are king master suites with full ensuite bathrooms, offering luxurious bed linens, spa-quality towels, and sustainably sourced bathroom amenities. The laundry is located in the hallway closet offering a washer, dryer, iron, ironing board, and steamer.

SMOKING: This is a NON-SMOKING / NON-VAPING property. No smoking/vaping is allowed on the premises of the Property, (inside or outside), whatsoever. Any TENANT or their visitors not adhering to the No Smoking / Non-Vaping policy will result in immediate removal and forfeiture of their entire rental payment.
PETS / ANIMALS: Pets nor animals are permitted for any time or any reason. No exceptions. Violation of this policy will result in immediate removal and forfeiture of the entire rental payment.
MINIMUM AGE: The minimum age for primary renters is 25 years old.
EARLY CHECK-IN POLICY: We do our best to accommodate early check-ins, but cannot guarantee them. A $50 fee for early check-ins (between 1:00 and 2:00 pm) is required. Please check in with us on the day of your arrival around 12:30 pm. We have a tight turnaround time with guests checking out at 10 am. To ensure your experience is optimal, our housekeeping team will assess the home and confirm the timeline is acceptable to make sure the home is up to Love to Stay 30A property management standards. After housekeeping is finished cleaning the home our home inspectors verify the home is ready for your arrival.
