Welcome to our budget friendly home within walking distance to Downtown Historic Belmont, Reid Park and Rocky Branch Park. If you are looking for an affordable clean option - this is your property. We are not a hotel and we do not have staff to wait on you hand and foot - but we are very clean and simple and a great affordable option if you are looking to save a few bucks. We are stocked with all the essentials - comfortable bed linens, towels and coffee. There is a nice rocking chair front porch and two rocking chairs. The yard is not fenced in. There is no grill. We are happy to assist with all your needs within reason - if you have special requirements - please inquire before booking, not after. The dining room sits two people.
We do not allow early check ins without prior approval - at least 48 hours in advance. Pets are welcome with a $50 extra cleaning deposit and pre-approval. Please make sure all guests are registered on the reservation
Home sleeps 4 comfortably with two queen size beds. That is 2 people per bed - if your party doesn't want 2 people per bed - this listing won't work for you.
Kitchen is stocked with the necessities - any special requirements please inquire before check in or bring your own - this includes special spices, irons, special shampoo and conditioner or anything other essential personal product needed to make you comfortable.
TV with streaming services - Netflix and Hulu can be activated with guests account info.
Thermostat is controlled remotely - please message in advance with preferred temperatures for your comfort level
