This large master bedroom located is in a spacious shared 3 bedroom apartment. It has a comfortable king size bed, and private bathroom. Beautiful skyline and river view from the French windows . You will be sharing this retro apartment with me and other tenants. You have access to the kitchen, living room and balcony. A strong cool breeze makes it way though the living room , perfect after a long days work, if that's not enough each room in the apartment is equipped with fully working air-conditioner.
Also for people who lives in this compound, will have access to a small gym ,a private garden for people who lives here.
The location can not be any better. Only 8 minutes walk to Metro line 2/10/12, which can easily get you to anywhere in the city. 1 metro stop away from people's square and Lujiazui(Pearl's tower), Yuyuan garden and 3 stops to Xintiandi, 4 stops to South Shanxi road( French concession). If you prefer walking, then East Nanjing Road is just 8 minutes away, and only 15 minutes walk to the bund and people's square, probably one of the best location in town! :D Many 24 hr convenience stores around, although it's in the city center but it's quiet, since there's a pretty river right next to my apartment separated the busy streets from the building you will stay in. You could have a run in the early morning, or a nice walk along the riverside after dinner would be nice as well.
From here, you could see the how the modern Shanghai and traditional Shanghai blend in together.
