Athens Smart Shared Home is a comfortable and recently (Marchand November 2016) renovated and refurnished shared apartment that boasts an excellent location in a quiet residential area in the city centre of Athens, near the Central Railway Station and metro station. It is within walking distance of the centre and many tourist attractions, National Technical University of Athens, School of Architecture, Iek Κορελκο, Hellenic Open University. The apartment is equipped and suitable for students and young professionals.
The apartment has a typical Athenians home organization and it consists of: three bedrooms with access to their own balconies, central entrance hall, kitchen and two bathrooms. The apartment is adapted to accommodate travellers in different room layouts: Dorm (6 beds), Double bed and Twin beds.
