Positive: People were very friendly and the restaurant service good. Yoghurt at breakfast was good.
Negative: Check-in was not great, we waited quite a while for someone and then there were difficulties with registering some passports. The soap dispensers in the bathrooms were empty and 1 room hardly had any hot water. Beds were not very comfy. The breakfast had very few options, nothing hot. One half of the coffee machine stopped working while we were using it.
