Chambre d'hote ( lit et petit dejeuner)/ bed and breakfast with two large double bedrooms ( PRIX POUR LES DEUX CHAMBRES ) PRICING IS FOR BOTH ROOMS located in beautiful Dordogne countryside on the edge of the Limousin Natural Parc, just outside the old town of Mareuil and its 16th century chateau. Its location is ideal for painters, walkers, tourists, cyclists, and motorcycle tourers, young or old.
Please note we do NOT offer use of kitchen for food preparation but do provide a fridge for storage of your own food or drink.

We are ideally situated for visiting the many local places of interest, including the beautiful riverside town of Brantome, local chateaux, major cities of Perigueux and Angouleme, historical buildings, caves, rivers, pathways, and markets. The wine growing region of Ste Emilion is less than a two hour drive.

The town of Mareuil is a short 5 minute drive away, where you'll find a local market on Tuesdays, supermarkets, banks, hairdressers, boulangeries, tabac and local restaurant and pizza shop.
The spacious bedrooms within this tastefully renovated old railway building are accessed via the front door of the property and are self contained behind double doors at the end of the entry hall. The guest suite comprises:

Recently refurbished bathroom and suite with shower, bath, illuminated mirror and heated towel rail.
