You've earned this! Experience Beckoning with its beautiful, peaceful setting on 310 feet of privatesandy beach on Perdido Bay, Lillian, Alabama. This incredible home was built in 2018 with the latest in-home amenities. Enjoy the waves lapping the shore while you kick back on the 55-foot screened porchwith its comfy seating or under the pavilion right on the beach. Watch your favorite show on theSamsung 4k Ultra High Definition, HDR television. Your Netflix account and other media distributors areat the touch of a button on your smart TV with free WI-fi. Browse the DVD library. Play your favoritemusic on the Sonos sound system. Your new beach home away from home has something for everyone.On the lawn, play corn-hole, badminton and other outdoor games. The grassy lawn and a shortboardwalk with no steps take you right to the beach and bay. Use the beach buggy to carry your stuff tothe beach and back. There is a huge, private outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Beckoning has aking bed in the primary, a queen bed in bedroom #2 and two bunk beds in bedroom #3 makingaccommodations for up to 8 people. The primary bath has a luxurious, huge shower with two showerheads and bench seat, a free standing soaking tub and double vanity. The second bath has a tub/showercombo and double vanity (separate from tub/shower area). All bedrooms have smart TVs with Direct TVand internet access. The view from the home is spectacular whether the bay is so calm there is not aripple or there's incoming rain across the bay on the Gulf. Along with sofa and chair seating on thescreened porch, there are two dining tables and chairs for bay-side meals and a Weber grill (with its owndirect gas line) on the adjoining landing. Inside the home there's a vaulted living/dining/cooking areawhere you'll enjoy comfy sofa and chair seating at the 50-inch smart TV, dining at the 8 person table,extra large island with seating for 4, top-of-the-line Kitchen Aid appliances (the range and themicrowave both have convection option), Keurig and 12-cup coffee makers, blender and toaster. Theseparate laundry room has a Speed Queen washer and dryer, iron and ironing board and huge utilitysink. Although quiet and secluded, this location is close to Pensacola and the Naval Air Station, home ofthe Blue Angels (watch them practice over the bay); OWA the new amusement park, shopping andrestaurant venue; Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, Perdido Key and Fort Morgan.
