A lovely destination for your Breckenridge visit, bring your family to Beaver Run! This spacious three-bedroom condo is ski-in/out with on-site access to Peak 9 year-round, with all the amenities Beaver Run Resort has to offer, including arcade, multiple hot tubs, indoor-outdoor pool, market, spa, restaurants, and mini-golf. You'll also be a short walk from downtown Breckenridge and the historic district. This is the ideal spot for a Breckenridge vacation, plenty of room for the whole group, a kitchen for easy meals, amenities, and convenient location.
Entrance / Mudroom:
This unit is in building 3 of Beaver Run. You may park in the lot located directly in front of building 3. As you enter use the elevator to your right to access floor #6. Floor #6 six will give you access to all entry points of the unit. As you enter the unit you will find a mudroom to unload your gear from the day.
Kitchen / Living Room / Patio:
To the right of the mudroom, you will find the kitchen. Fully stocked with all appliances, utensils, and dishware needed to make dinner for the whole family. Just past the kitchen will be the main living room. Furnished with comfy couch, chair, wood burning fireplace, mounted flatscreen TV, and dining room table. Make your way out onto the patio to get a breathtaking view of peak 9 and slopes. *Give the Beaver Run a call whenever you need a firewood delivery.

Master Bedroom / Bathroom:
As you make your way up the stairs from the living room. The first door to our left will be the master bedroom. Furnished with King sized bed, mounted flatscreen TV, and dresser. The master bedroom also gives you amazing views of the mountain. Just past the master bedroom to the left will be the master bathroom with updated counter tops, shower, and tub.
Second Bedroom / Bathroom:
The final upper-level bedroom is furnished with two queen beds, working space, dresser, and mounted flatscreen TV. Enjoy views of the town and mountains from your bed. The bedroom will also have en-suite bathroom with glass shower and tub combo.
*** Downstairs Level***
Third Bedroom / Bathroom:
Making your way down the spiral staircase brings you to the final bedroom. Furnished with two queen beds, working space, dresser, and kitchenette. The kitchenette includes microwave, and refrigerator. This bedroom will also have en-suite bathroom with glass shower and tub combo.
Communal washer/dryers are located on the second floor of the building. There are coin and credit card operated machines.
