Park in your reserved covered parking, climb only one flight of stairs, and enter to view oceanfront and pool views from the large covered balcony. Feel the beach all around you with gorgeous sunrises, crashing waves, and splashing water.

Sleep up to six people comfortably. The bedroom features a king-sized bed with whitewash king panel bed and chest of drawers with flatscreen cable television and DVD player. The living room sofa features a comfortable Kincaid queen sleeper with 6" mattress. Easy to climb custom built twin bunks sleep two additional people along the hallway nook. Great romantic getaway for a couple, or find the value in sleeping 6 in this one bedroom condo featuring four beds.
Relax on the living room sofa while viewing the 50" UHD 4K LED flatscreen TV. Basic cable is included and Smart TV is ready for web browsing, YouTube, or any subscription-based services that you have like Netflix, Hulu, etc. Login information for free WiFi is included that is accessible anywhere on Sea Colony property, including the pool deck!
You will love cooking up some local seafood in our newly renovated fully-stocked kitchen featuring new cabinets, counter-depth refrigerator, granite countertops, and island seating for two additional. Everything you need to cook a full meal or store any leftovers from nearby restaurants.
Other amenities include washer/dryer and a downstairs storage closet that holds beach chairs, beach toys, and umbrellas. Sea Colony common grounds include pool, charcoal grills, and open grassy area.
Nearby attractions include Fort Fisher Aquarium, Carolina Beach State Park, Fort Fisher Museum, fishing piers, chartered boat trips, standing paddleboard and surf rentals, and Freeman Park. We're also just a quick ferry ride to Southport. The Carolina Beach Boardwalk during the summer features nightly carnival rides and games. Enjoy fireworks every summer Thursday night on the beach fired off from the boardwalk. Also, bring some lawn chairs and blankets to enjoy Sunday night family friendly movies at the lake in the heart of Carolina Beach.
Linens ARE NOT included. You will need to provide bed sheets, bath towels, kitchen towels, and beach/pool towels. If desired, you can make a reservation for the linens through a local service. Bathroom, laundry, and kitchen soaps are usually available but not guaranteed upon your arrival. 'Everyday' kitchen appliances and utensils are included.
