House is located in a well established neighborhood and is ideal for a family or smaller, quiet, group of friends wanting to come enjoy the high desert.

The front door opens into a large great room featuring vaulted ceilings, 65" smart TV, leather sectional reclining sofa, pellet stove for chilly nights or ceiling fan for circulation.
Kitchen:
It's easy to navigate in this well equipped galley kitchen which features granite counter tops, a new fridge with ice on the door, electric range and dishwasher. Cook your favorite meal or Door Dash from a local fave!
Dining:
Next to the kitchen you will find a table with 4 chairs and bar area. Guests can gather together for meals or host a businessmeeting.
First Floor Primary Bedroom:
The primary bedroom is on the main floor. This ensuite space has a comfy queen bed, bathroom with large shower, single lav, and commode.
Bedroom 2:
Upstairs you will find a second guest bedroom with a twin bed and trundle. This area has dedicated work space with desk & chair.
Bedroom 3:
Also upstairs, the 3rd bedroom has a queen bed, charging lamps, night stands and closet.

The utility room with newer washer and dryer separates the kitchen from garage. Host provides environmentally friendly laundry detergent.

The garage has been converted into a fun family area for games, movies or just hanging out. An additional TV is flanked by a recliner and love seat. Challenge other guests at foosball, ping pong or just hang out at the bar with your favorite Bend brew!
Outdoor:
A sliding glass door in dining room leads to a rear fenced patio and grassy area. Patio table is ideal for morning coffee or al fresco dining under cafe lights. Guests can safely enjoy a small outdoor fire in the fire pit. BBQ provided.
Pets:
Madison Place does not allow dogs or pets unauthorized animals will be assessed a $100.00 per night per, animal fee and additional cleaning charges not to exceed $500.00.
Unauthorized humans will be assessed a $50 per guest per night fee and additional cleaning charges of $200.00.
