"A pet fee will be required for guests who bring a pet". This house is a short ride to many restaurants, shopping and entertainment. The beach house neighbors so many attractions like Alligator Adventure, Duplin Winery, House of Blues, Barefoot Landing, Carolina Vineyards Winery, Hamburger Joes, and so much more! These attractions are about a 10-minute drive from the house!
This beautifully updated raised beach house features 3 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, 1 half bathroom, oversized wrap-around balcony, spacious outdoor area, private pool, living room, full kitchen, full size appliances, washer and dryer, and enough bedding to accommodate 8 guests! This house has been updated with fresh paint throughout the interior, new lighting fixtures and ceiling fans, four brand new Roku smart TV's, new microwave oven, and a brand-new gas grill.
There are 3 spacious bedrooms inside the home and the layout is as follows:
Bedroom 1: This bedroom features a queen bed and is perfect for 1-2 guest. There are multiple windows for natural lighting, a night stand as well as a closet for storage. This bedroom also has direct access to the half bathroom.
Bedroom 2: This bedroom features a queen bed and is perfect for 1-2 guest. There are multiple windows for natural lighting, a small nightstand, and a closet for storage.
Bedroom 3: The 3rd bedroom features two full sized beds and is perfect for 2 guests. There are multiple windows for natural light, a small nightstand, and closet for storage.
In between the bedrooms guests will have access to a full-size bathroom with tub/shower, toilet, sink, and mirror.
Living Room: Just as you walk into the house to the right is the living area. The living area is the perfect area to relax and hang out. The living room is furnished with a queen size sleeper sofa, love seat, accent chair, coffee table, and TV. To the left from the front door is the dining area. This area features a large table with chairs perfect for enjoying a family meal. As of 2025, the flooring in the living area, dining area, and kitchen have been replaced with stunning LVP, truly enhancing this space and making it feel more bright and open!
Moving straight ahead you will find the kitchen. The kitchen offers a fridge, stove, microwave, Keurig, toaster, toaster oven, dish washer, stackable washer and dryer, and plentiful cabinet space. We provide all cookware, utensils, plates, cups, and basic kitchen necessities. For guests who prefer to dine out, there are several restaurants within a short walk or ride from the house. In addition, Uber Eats, Door Dash, and Postmates have become very popular food delivery options.
The outdoor lounge space at this house is truly special. At the back of the house, guests will have access to an oversized, private pool. There are two outdoor showers, one in the pool area, the other in the front storage area on the ground level. Guest's will also have access to a second half bath just off the pool area. Guest's love the privacy! In addition, the covered area under the house is spacious and open, and is perfect for hanging out, playing games, and relaxing! There is enough space for 3 vehicles to park.
Have a fur baby? Yes, they are welcome too! Our guests are allowed to bring a max of 1 pet. Only a dog or cat are allowed. There is a 1-time pet fee of $250. There are no size or breed restrictions. To keep this rental maintained as good as possible, we do ask that pets not be allowed on the sofa or living room furniture. In addition, when guests leave, we do ask that the pets be crated until their owners return. This is important not only for the care of the property, but also for vendors, pest control, maintenance, and housekeeping personnel who may need to enter the property. Vendors may not be able to provide necessary services if pets are not crated, and we appreciate your understanding!
The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and bedding. We truly want to make your experience with us as affordable as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a small fee.
This beach house is in a prime location in North Myrtle Beach. Guests are only a short drive to central Myrtle Beach, Little River, Wilmington, and Murrells Inlet. Guests love the location and proximity to the beach, shopping, dining, live music, with many restaurants and shops being within walking distance. This property is also only 2 blocks from the beach: a short walk or golf cart ride!
